I came across something quite some time ago in my studies and when I was in the mid-day prayer the other day it was revealed to me that what I found will help many serious Christians in the coming days. Especially now as we get closer to the end when the enemy of souls ramps up his attacks against the remnant people of God so as to try and weaken our message while at the same time do all he can to keep his charred trophy case filled with souls we are trying to help find Jesus.
What I am about to read is a small excerpt from a small booklet titled “Steps to Christ.” What the author shares in this little book has blessed many obedient and serious Christians for well over 100 years as it was written in 1892. If you’re a serious Christian who recently sinned and are now dealing with all sorts of guilt from the enemy of souls, this truth will help you stand firm in the faith that the Lord Himself has forgiven you and so ignore Satan who is trying to move you to despair.
“There are those who have known the pardoning love of Christ and who really desire to be children of God, yet they realize that their character is imperfect, their life faulty, and they are ready to doubt whether their hearts have been renewed by the Holy Spirit. To such I would say, Do not draw back in despair. We shall often have to bow down and weep at the feet of Jesus because of our shortcomings and mistakes, but we are not to be discouraged. Even if we are overcome by the enemy, we are not cast off, not forsaken and rejected of God. No; Christ is at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us. Said the beloved John, “These things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous.” 1 John 2:1. And do not forget the words of Christ, “The Father Himself loveth you.” John 16:27. He desires to restore you to Himself, to see His own purity and holiness reflected in you. And if you will but yield yourself to Him, He that hath begun a good work in you will carry it forward to the day of Jesus Christ. Pray more fervently; believe more fully. As we come to distrust our own power, let us trust the power of our Redeemer, and we shall praise Him who is the health of our countenance.
The closer you come to Jesus, the more faulty you will appear in your own eyes; for your vision will be clearer, and your imperfections will be seen in broad and distinct contrast to His perfect nature. This is evidence that Satan’s delusions have lost their power; that the vivifying influence of the Spirit of God is arousing you.” –Steps to Christ pages 70 & 71.
This is just one of many faith building gems of biblical truth found in this little book that have blessed many Christians since 1892. Those of you that want a closer relationship with Jesus Christ or even those that simply want to know what He’s all about, I implore you to get this book in your hands as soon as possible. Don’t go to any Christian book stores, as they do not sell these books for fear of being exposed as the long prophesied apostate churches in bed with Rome.
The author is well known to have shared Bible truth in these books that the many false prophets that write Christian books cannot refute. And so to keep the money flowing in the book stores, they refuse to sell these books. Worse yet, in the SDA book stores where they do sell them, as also prophesied, Satan has taken over that church to the point they have allowed Jesuits to re-write these books to hide the truth about the Popes of Rome and their end time agenda for everyone on earth. I have quite a few videos proving that in great detail.

As you may have noticed over the last 2 weeks, I haven't posted much on the blog. There are actually two reasons for this. #1, during elections in the USA the back and forth spewage of hatred from both sides of the isle is all we see in the News each and every hour of the day and I don't want any part of that. Many stories and actual important events are never reported on so as to make sure their political agenda has as much airtime as possible, and so it is nearly impossible to find out what's going on out there as I do not have a dedicated network of people sending me News articles from their regions throughout the world. (Hint hint)
The other reason is first and foremost to my heart in that our Heavenly Father has been moving me the last few months to make videos based on sermons He has given me that I have shared and will be sharing in the coming days. I have not been able to do that until recently due to the video editing software I use cannot handle video lengths greater than a few minutes without crashing repeatedly. But now all that is changed for the most part in that I bought new software recently.
That all being said, the video I am working on now is of a sermon I did years ago titled "Effective Prayer" that answers the question, "why aren't my prayers being answered" that I pray will bless many as the Word speaks quite a bit on this. The only problem now is, the video editing software I will be using to make these videos is rather intense in that it has many new features. I used to use this software years ago, and so I know the basics of it. But the new version has some features I've never learned. Suffice it to say, this 38 minute video has taken literally days to edit as I am re-learning the software. To give you an idea, as I was learning how to use the software, the first 9 minutes of editing took well over 10 hours to make. But, I have now learned how to do what I need to do for now. Later I will get more into the bells and whistles if need be
No, this does not mean I will stop making the short videos I usually make about current events using the old software as it is easier to use as long as I keep the video short. I still plan to do so just as soon as the political rhetoric dies down a bit and I find more articles about current events as they pertain to Christian prophecy. But I will also be doing the sermon videos at the same time now. And for those of you that are unaware, this includes the weekly sermons that are now being piped LIVE on a YouTube stream each Sabbath day. How many of us have seen the FEMA camp videos wherein the one making the video always claims to have proof from multiple sources yet never once do they share a single valid source? And so my obvious question is; why are people so fearful about such invalidated claims? No I’m saying all of the videos are false. Many are, but not all and anyone with brains knows the government is corrupt and most Christians know the mark is about to be enforced. But I am saying the fear cultivated by those videos as well as the fear of the mark is in fact generated by Satan. In fact, it was prophesied to be this way right before the end. Biblical reality is, Satan is the most fearful being in the Universe. Not only does he flee in terror when an obedient Christian demands he get away from them, he knows his time is short wherein he will soon die in a very graphic manner. And so anyone bowing to his lies will become just as fearful because the one you emulate is the one you trust.
Have you ever searched for the words “good courage” in your Bibles? It shows up every time the people of God were to head out to war or have a major trial designed to both bolster their faith as well as glorify the Lord. Well guess what brothers and sisters. Not only do we have many trials designed to do the same, we are also in a holy war as we speak. Satan knows however if he can get us to believe his lies over the promises of the Lord to make us fearful he can defeat us and make us fall on the battlefield so that his numbers in hellfire grow.
According to the Bible, only the lost will be fearful because only the lost refuse to accept Jesus as Lord who promises them perfect peace in these trying times. The prophecy found in Luke 21:26 says that right before Jesus returns “Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.”
An obedient Christian not only knows what time it is, they have perfect peace and joy within knowing their Lord, King and Saviour is soon to return and that makes their joy go off the chart. Obedient Christians know the promises of God are for them and them alone. Well, expect the promise of damnation of course. That too is a promise, but only for the fearful because it says in Revelation 21:8, “But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.”
Why does it say the fearful go to hell? Think about the basic reality behind that for a moment. Why would Jesus allow those that trust Satan’s lies into His Kingdom that is based on truth? Only those that worship and obey Jesus enter into New Jerusalem. Hence the reason Revelation 22:14, “Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.”
When you really accept Jesus as Lord wherein you allow Him to write His law upon your hearts, all that fear is gone because you know who the author of fear is. The reason the lost get fearful is because they are the ones giving Satan permission to give them his fear. And yes, I know of billions of people claim to be Christians yet they still have fear. But that’s because they are not obedient Christians. All of them break the Sabbath each week, smoke, drink, lie, cheat or commit many other sinful acts proving they only offer Jesus lip service while reveling in the lusts of the flesh, and so Satan has permission to be in their lives which is why they still have fear while claiming to be Christians.
It’s all about who you choose to trust. The peace and truth of Jesus or the fear and lies of Satan? Having fear confirms the person does not have faith in Jesus. That fear proves they only have faith in Satan. They can’t hear the voice of the Good Shepherd because they are accustomed to the voice of wolf. And that is why they won’t gain Heaven. Only those that trust Jesus will live with Jesus for eternity and those that trust Satan will die with Satan for eternity.
All the promises in the Bible that speak of wonderful things are only for the obedient Christian. And one of those promises is found in 2 Timothy 1:7 which speaks of the Christian who is tempted to fear. They are granted perfect peace knowing that “God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” And since we know God is not the one that gives fear, when fear appears we know it has to be from Satan and so rebuke him as only an obedient Christian can. Jesus said in John 14:27, “Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”
So you need to ask yourself a very important question. Who do you believe? Satan who is the father of lies or Jesus who is the Author of truth?
