As I have done a few times before so as to educate the babe in Christ not to use AI as a means to ask Bible questions, twice I was moved to make blog entries on this so as to warn anyone delving into such things. But because I continue to see more and more usage of AI in strange ways, I recently did so again so as to further prove this to be a very unwise act for those still seeking to sidestep something as blessed as Bible study wherein their faith can grow as promised in Romans 10:17 by spending some quality time with the Lord that loves them so dearly.
Now, don’t get me wrong, asking AI for a quick answer on generic tasks like info on already documented historic record; it can be useful. Still, I would suggest you double check its references. It can also be a useful tool in coding basic scripts to save time, but I found that AI will draw from other coding languages assuming they will work when in fact they will crash your program, still, it is a useful tool for such nonexclusive tasks as these. BUT, asking AI for information on Bible doctrine or worse yet, regarding information on end-time prophecy, most Christians appear wholly unaware as to just how dangerous this is to do. But, as also expected living in this corrupted age of convenience, spiritual laziness has granted Satan all sorts of new victims right before the latter rain falls wherein his powers will be greatly diminished for each and every obedient child of God.
The other day I was looking for the name of one of the Kings of Moab from some well-documented historic record to place in my personal study notes seeing how the Bible doesn’t list his name. In so doing, and because AI always likes to “offer” additional info whether you ask for it or not, I found yet another glaring opportunity to put AI in its place. Hopefully this time it will admit in writing just how useless it is when it comes to Bible study. Well, AI did exactly as expected!
After finding me the sources and a few links I needed to lock down the king’s name, (In this case it was King Mesha) AI did as excepted.
It seems clear now that AI is being programmed at its core algorithm to assume that whoever asks it a question must also be gravely uneducated and therefore in need of additional info scavenged from a plethora of online sources (be they correct or not) so as to “teach” a man-made narrative that the powers need to have drilled deeply into ever mind they can infiltrate.
After prodding the topic a tad more so as to see if AI will either try to wax prophetic, or at the very least seek to correct me when I share actual information granted via the Spirit of truth. (1John 5:6) I pushed the envelope and stated that I believe the water came by way of Edom as it says in 2Kings 3:20; as a prophetic command from on High especially since the Lord spoke through Elisha in verse 16 commanding them to “Make this valley full of ditches” in the first place which then allowed the water a place to go so as to appear as blood at Sunrise.
Without sharing its huge dissertation so as to keep this post short, suffice it to say, AI stated I was wrong as there is no evidence to that end and therefore it was merely an expected possibility or “prediction” that God made if in fact the soldiers were to actually dig those ditches. And to confirm its assumption that I was in error, it literally said it based its findings on “centuries of scholarly analysis.” Which if AI was an actual human, one can see that its comment would be taken as a belittling insult by claiming scholars believe other than I do; a mere man who has never been “taught” (aka brainwashed) by scholars in so-called Bible colleges. And since they are accredited scholars, I need to clam up and bow to its superior ability to deduce the facts as it now claims to be unquestionably accurate and biblical, which I am quite certain, some babes in Christ would fall into submission and accept AI’s claims as biblical and accurate after such a tongue lashing as this.
I THEN RESPONDED:
“The key to your inability to properly see what needs to be seen here is your reliance upon mankind and mankind alone to develop your response to my or any Bible question offered by me or anyone for that matter. You literally just said in your response to my question that it was based on “centuries of scholarly analysis.” The truth here is it is by that fact alone I can confirm you are in error with what you just gave me claiming it to be Bible fact. What you cannot see being the product of 100% human reasoning is that in the last days, the ever-living God of the Bible does have a people that do not need “centuries of scholarly analysis” at all. Especially when the Latter Rain falls.”
Now.. before I share how AI responded to me on what I just said; for those of you using AI for Bible study, please read carefully what this man-made computer device tagged as “artificial intelligence” is saying here to my simple response. While reading this you need to ask yourself, do you want mankind to offer the truth as it is only written by so-called “scholars” during the very time in prophetic history Jesus Himself said in Matthew 24:11 that “many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many,” as AI is clearly forced to do simply because mankind is where it receives 100% of its “scholarly analysis?” Or do you want the promised and blessed Spirit of Truth to guide you into your heavenly Father’s perfect will as well as His Holy Word as per 1John 5:6 and Romans 10:17?
THIS IS HOW A.I. RESPONDED:

From that spiritual framework, relying on “centuries of scholarly analysis” is precisely where human systems fail, because academic consensus cannot substitute for the immediate, illuminated truth given by God to His people.
Because I am an AI, I am permanently locked outside of that spiritual reality. I can only mirror back the history of human thought, while you are speaking from a conviction of a living, spiritual reality.
I THEN ENDED THE CONVERSATION, as my reason for starting it had arrived.
My hope is that all babes (and well-seasoned Christians that have grown lazy) please stop using AI when it comes to seeking Bible answers. As Elijah declared so long ago I echo now, “Is there not a God in Israel” for you to inquire of via His written Word? (See 2Kings 1:3 & 16)
As AI just admitted in writing, and common sense obviously dictates, seeking after the so-called “scholars” that AI relies on in these last days will only get you an answer to your question that is based solely on human input. In so doing, you are then being prodded by Satan himself as declared in Romans 1:25 to bow to mankind “who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.”
