If you have not read the previous blog entry wherein I proved the SDA book titled “Desire of Ages” was confirmed to be written by Roman priests and not Sister White, please click here.
In this article, I would like to let you be the judge. I will share something from the book “Desire of Ages” that the SDA church claims was written by sister White which means it would have to be in complete agreement with the Bible as per her statement in 1905 that I will share in a moment. Then I will share either an unedited statement from her proving they changed her statements or from Scripture, or perhaps from both so that you the reader can see the truth that is being hidden by the Roman SDA Church even to this day. And yes, they still support these poisonous books that countless souls have come forward over the last dozen or so decades proving they were no to be trusted. Sadly, 100% of them were ignored by the General Conference leaders and their own pastors. But praise the Lord those obedient Christians that did all they could to help them see eventually left the church when they saw apostasy was the norm exactly as prophesied in Revelation 18:1-5. Sadly, for some, they were kicked out of the church without being allowed to speak because the truth we present, cannot be refuted and so they do all they can to silence it. We in the SDR Church have heard many testimonies to that end over the years. So be it. For this too was prophesied to happen.
In the book titled, “Desire of Ages” that they claim Sister White wrote, they claim she said that “He is today standing at the altar of incense, presenting before God the prayers of those who desire His help.” {DA 568.4}
This is not true. If you do a study on the 2300-year prophecy of Daniel 8 that was confirmed fulfilled in 1844, you will see Jesus is not standing before the altar of incense today as the authors of the “Desire of Ages” claimed. And I say “authors” because five SDA leaders gathered together to write that book as well as four other books using twisted statements from sister White along with Vatican approved false prophecies and literal Pagan doctrines. Now, since sister White says so much about “the Most Holy Place” in her unedited books, I see no reason to share hundreds of pages of quotes in this article to present this truth or even make my point regarding how unbiblical that statement was. And so, I will share one that is rather blunt to say the least. Sister White actually said in 1892, which by the way was SIX YEARS before the SDA leaders in that General Conference sanctioned “committee of five” to write the book “Desire of Ages.” She said that “Jesus stands in the holy of holies, now to appear in the presence of God for us.” {ST, July 4, 1892 par. 7}

Not only was this statement made by sister White six years before the committee of five wrote that spurious book; it was also 54 years after 1844, when Jesus our Saviour, Creator and KING actually entered into the Most Holy place as per the prophesied Word of God. Now notice what the committee of five also penned in the “Desire of Ages” without sister White’s approval regarding the siblings of Jesus. It says…
“All this displeased His brothers. Being older than Jesus, they felt that He should be under their dictation. They charged Him with thinking Himself superior to them, and reproved Him for setting Himself above their teachers and the priests and rulers of the people. Often they threatened and tried to intimidate Him; but He passed on, making the Scriptures His guide.” {DA 87 .2}
Not only are the Scripture’s plain as to Jesus being Mary’s “firstborn Son” in Matthew 1:25, which by the way also says Joseph “knew her not” until she gave birth to Jesus proving Mary was not “ever virgin” for if Joseph was to refuse to consummate the marriage, they (Joseph and Mary) would have been living in sin for the act of consummation confirmed the marriage in a physical manner. In fact, some cultures dating back to the middle ages had “bedding” ceremonies wherein consummation was seen as the binding means of a legal marriage. The Popes of Rome fabricated “Mary’s eternal virginity” so as to uplift “Mary as co-redeemer” and it now appears that the SDA church is following suit by echoing their lie that Jesus’s brothers were older “step-brothers” from Joseph’s supposed previous marriage; which is not found anywhere in Scripture nor is it found anywhere in sister White’s writings.
Why does Rome and now the SDA church seek to declare Mary “ever virgin” see this. And yes, Jesus had siblings. Proof? Notice what it says in Matthew 13:55-56. When speaking of Jesus it says, “Is not this the carpenter’s son? is not his mother called Mary? and his brethren, James, and Joses, and Simon, and Judas? And his sisters, are they not all with us? Whence then hath this man all these things?”
Common sense clearly dictates that the word “firstborn” means just that. Jesus was her FIRST child. Had she been ever virgin as Rome keeps claiming in their many spurious documents, and the SDA church now claims in the “Desire of Ages,” then Jesus would not be her firstborn Son. Jesus would have been the only Son of Mary. But the Bible doesn’t say that. It used to be that only the Vatican said that so as to promote Mary as worthy of worship. But now, it’s clear the SDA church says that as well.
As prophesied, Rome has taken the SDA church captive; this stack of SDA doc files proves this hands down. Please pray for the dear SDA people still trapped in this apostate church as many of them are on the fence on this as they do see the apostasy that saddens them. But for some reason, they don’t see the need to “come out of her” before the plagues come.
ONE LAST THING:
Now that we have seen more than one “heretical statement” in those edited books in the last two articles I have shared on the blog, notice what she said in 1905.
“I am now looking over my diaries and copies of letters written for several years back…. I have the most precious matter to reproduce and place before the people in testimony form. While I am able to do this work, the people must have things to revive past history, that they may see that there is one straight chain of truth, without one heretical sentence, in that which I have written. This, I am instructed, is to be a living letter to all in regard to my faith.” —Letter 329a, 1905. 3SM 52.2
Either sister White is lying, or the SDA leaders are. When we consider the source and fruits of both sister White and the SDA leaders, it is clear why Jesus said in Matthew 7:20, “Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.”
Stay tuned – I am still digging into the mountain of proof that overwhelmingly confirms the SDA church re-wrote Ellen White’s books in the same way Rome has re-written the Bible.
